At our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) center, Special Education services are designed to support children with medically-complex conditions who also require structured academic instruction. We understand that medical needs should not prevent a child from continuing their education and developmental progress.

Our licensed special education instructors provide individualized learning plans tailored to each child’s grade level, developmental ability, and medical condition. Instruction is adapted to ensure learning remains accessible, engaging, and appropriate for every child we serve.

Individualized Learning Approach

Each child receives a customized educational plan developed in coordination with parents, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Our educators focus on maintaining academic continuity while supporting cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Lessons are modified to accommodate physical limitations, sensory needs, or medical equipment requirements. Children receive instruction in a supportive classroom environment that encourages participation, confidence, and growth.

Academic and Developmental Support

Our Special Education services focus on strengthening foundational academic skills such as reading, writing, math, communication, and problem-solving. In addition to academic learning, we also support life skills development and social interaction.

Integration with Medical Care
